Serendib Micro Insurance Plc. Commenced operations in 2020 and is a fully owned subsidiary of LOLC Group, one of Sri Lanka’s leading business conglomerates. Having obtained license from the Insurance Regulator of Cambodia and the Ministry of Economic and Finance, the company is well poised to be a strong contender in the Microinsurance industry. Over the past two decades, my leadership journey across banking, insurance, and business development has reinforced a deep belief in the transformative power of inclusive finance. Today, as Chief Executive Officer of Serendib Microinsurance, I am honored to lead an organization united by a shared purpose: to uplift lives, empower communities, and broaden the horizon of what is possible for those we serve.
